We’re a South African couple, and we can’t forget our rescue pup, Roux, who got hooked on the Capetonian lifestyle: the ocean, the mountains, and the energy of the people. After long days chasing waves and trails, we craved a way to unwind and reset.

Go Sauna Cape Town is our way of adding something small and meaningful to this place we’ve come to love.

We’re not here to be “the first” or “the best” just to bring a little heat to the adventure and create a space for others to recharge too.
