Welcome to Go Sauna Cape Town ("we", "our", or "us"). By booking or participating in any of our mobile sauna sessions, events, or communications, including our WhatsApp group, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Services Provided
Go Sauna Cape Town offers mobile, wood-fired sauna experiences and optional cold plunges at various locations across Cape Town, including private venues, beaches, and events.
2. Bookings & Payments

All bookings must be made via our official website, WhatsApp, or designated booking system.

Full payment is required to confirm a booking unless otherwise agreed.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice but confirmed bookings will not be affected.
3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations by the client must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund.

Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a 50% cancellation fee.

No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.

If we need to cancel or reschedule due to weather, equipment, or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a full refund or reschedule.
4. Client Responsibility
By participating in a sauna or cold plunge session, you confirm that:

You are physically fit and medically cleared to use a sauna and cold plunge.

You will follow all instructions provided by our team on safety and usage.

You accept full responsibility for your health and safety during the experience.

You are over 18, or are accompanied by and have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
5. Risks & Liability Waiver
Using a sauna or cold plunge involves exposure to heat and cold, which can affect the body in various ways. By participating:

You assume all risks associated with sauna and cold plunge use.

Go Sauna Cape Town, its staff, and affiliates will not be held liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damage arising from your participation.

We recommend consulting with a medical professional before using sauna or cold plunge services, especially if pregnant, on medication, or with pre-existing conditions.
6. Group Conduct

Respectful behavior is required at all times toward staff, other clients, and public spaces.

Disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate conduct will result in immediate removal from the session with no refund.

Alcohol or substance use before or during the session is not permitted.
7. WhatsApp Group Use
By joining our WhatsApp group, you agree to:

Receive booking alerts, schedule changes, launch info, and promotions.

Communicate respectfully and avoid spam or unrelated content.

You may leave the group at any time.
Your phone number and name will be visible to other members, as per WhatsApp’s standard group features.
8. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and South Africa’s POPIA guidelines.
9. Photos & Media
We may occasionally take photos or videos during public events or group sessions for marketing purposes. If you do not wish to appear in any media, please inform a team member beforehand.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
